Should you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days from when you receive the items to notify us of your cancellation and dispatch the returned items to us at the Return Address above. We will not cover the shipping costs associated with return or replacement of items due to a change of mind or discretionary cancellation of the order within the 14 days. We will replace the goods, or refund the cost of the goods, for any reason, if notified and you dispatch your return, within the 14 day cancellation period.
When contacting us (by phone or email) regarding your return, cancellation or exchange request please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will be happy to accommodate and provide either refund or exchange, to the value of the original goods purchased, if cancelled and dispatched within 14 days of having received the items.
Personalised goods, printed or customised to order, do not qualify for cancellation, return or replacement unless damaged, defective or incorrect to the agreed order.
Occasionally mistakes happen. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods received by customers will be replaced or refunded. In these circumstances we will refund both the original cost of the goods (including all taxes and charges associated with the defective/damaged items), and the shipping cost associated with returning the item/s, as displayed on a receipt from the carrier of your choice. Additional costs for exchanged goods and/or shipping additional goods, where those costs exceed the combined value of the returned goods and shipping, will be charged on the subsequent exchange order. By default we will process refunds and additional charges to the original payment method used, however we will communicate with you regarding your preference for billing method, and no additional charges will be made without your consent. For additional costs you will be provided with an additional invoice and a link to agree and pay online, so you can request changes or agree and choose to pay.
Please inform us by phone or email as soon as you notice such a mistake and dispatch all affected items to the address above within 14 days of receiving them.
Please also send us a copy of the carrier's shipping receipt (by email), with cost of carriage clearly noted.
We will refund the cost of returning, and reshipping defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please don't hesitate to contact us should your goods be defective or damaged in any way. Please accept our assurances that we aim to provide the highest quality and standards we can, and wish to be informed as soon as possible should we fall short of that promise in any way. You will be helping us improve our products and service by informing us of any dissatisfaction.

Items returned to us must be postmarked as having been dispatched within 14 days of delivery unless an alternative arrangement is confirmed with us by email.
Please return your item in/with its original packaging if possible.
Returned goods must be new, as purchased and showing no signs of wear and tear, unless returning for reasons of being damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns outside the cancellation period.
Please allow 21 days for us to receive, process and contact you regarding your refund, credit and/or exchange.
We ship worldwide with An Post, Ireland's national postal service. Shipping costs for orders are paid by the customer at the checkout, and are based on weight, see HERE for national and international rates.

We will refund cost of shipping, as displayed on a receipt from the carrier of your choice, should your goods be damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.
The cost for returning and reshipping of replaced items is paid by the customer, when the reason is a change of mind or cancellation of the order.
We will pay the cost of returning and reshipping/replacing damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped goods. In the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped goods we will refund the cost as displayed on a receipt from the carrier of your choice,. The marked date for shipping your return must be within 14 days of having received the goods.
Goods will be refunded, where possible, using the original payment method for the order. However, should this not be possible for any reason, we will communicate with you about an appropriate alternative.
